Fat: 18.05g | Prot: 70.54g | Carb: 141.44g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, almond milk unsweetened, corn flakes Kellog's, dinner roll, honey ham Wegmans, instant coffee, tropicana 50/50 orange juice. Lunch:  cereal bar kellog's special K. Dinner:  lima beans, tilapia, white rice. Snacks/Other:  chocolate chip cookie, sugar cookie, Sweet Freedom No Sugar Added Fudge Lites.
