Fat: 12.54g | Prot: 59.77g | Carb: 178.00g.   Breakfast:  bailey's fat free creamer, borden fat free sharp, fat free milk smart balance, instant coffee, Pocket Thins Arnold, tropicana 50/50 orange juice. Lunch:  fruit crips kellog's, orange, strawberries. Dinner:  chicken breast, onion, pineapple Libby's, Sweet and Sour Sauce. Snacks/Other:  bauducco toast, fat free pretzels, smoked honey turkey, sugar free pudding.
