Fat: 12.54g | Prot: 59.77g | Carb: 178.00g.   Breakfast:  bailey's fat free creamer, instant coffee, tropicana 50/50 orange juice, fat free milk smart balance, borden fat free sharp, Pocket Thins Arnold. Lunch:  orange, strawberries, fruit crips kellog's. Dinner:  chicken breast, onion, pineapple Libby's, Sweet and Sour Sauce. Snacks/Other:  bauducco toast, smoked honey turkey, fat free pretzels, sugar free pudding.
