Fat: 29.96g | Prot: 90.29g | Carb: 111.30g.   Breakfast:  almond milk unsweetened, instant coffee, dinner roll, jarlsberg lite, tropicana 50/50 orange juice, corn flakes cereal, low sodium ham. Lunch:  kiwi, grapes. Dinner:  meat, Shirataki Tofu Fettucine , spinach, basil, fat free ricotta sargento, parmesan cheese. Snacks/Other:  skinny cow caramel truffle, Bauducco Toast, low sodium ham, Borden Fat Free cheese.
