Fat: 29.96g | Prot: 90.29g | Carb: 111.30g.   Breakfast:  almond milk unsweetened, corn flakes cereal, dinner roll, instant coffee, jarlsberg lite, low sodium ham, tropicana 50/50 orange juice. Lunch:  grapes, kiwi. Dinner:  basil, fat free ricotta sargento, meat, parmesan cheese, Shirataki Tofu Fettucine , spinach. Snacks/Other:  Bauducco Toast, Borden Fat Free cheese, low sodium ham, skinny cow caramel truffle.
