Fat: 24.61g | Prot: 83.89g | Carb: 143.91g.   Breakfast:  evaporated milk carnation low fat %, dinner roll, tropicana 50/50 orange juice, instant coffee, corn flakes cereal, banana, Fat Free Borden Cheese, pineapple, Peach. Lunch:  plum. Dinner:  pork, garlic, mushrooms, green string Beans, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Calci-Yum Instant 2% Vanilla Pudding, skinny cow caramel truffle, Bauducco Toast, sugar free gelatin royal, low sodium ham, Philadelphia cream cheese 1/3 of fat.
