Fat: 18.72g | Prot: 99.07g | Carb: 178.52g.   Breakfast:  turkey breast deli, 1% milk, Bailey's fat free coffee creamer, corn flakes cereal, dinner roll, instant coffee, tropicana 50/50 orange juice. Lunch:  orange, plum. Dinner:  chicken breast, onion, pineapple, scallions, Sweet & Sour Sauce. Snacks/Other:  cool whip French Vanilla Kraft, chicken breast canned, coco lite, dried cranberries, low fat mayo, pop corn, vanilla pudding.
