Fat: 18.72g | Prot: 99.07g | Carb: 178.52g.   Breakfast:  instant coffee, tropicana 50/50 orange juice, dinner roll, Bailey's fat free coffee creamer, turkey breast deli, 1% milk, corn flakes cereal. Lunch:  plum, orange. Dinner:  chicken breast, onion, scallions, Sweet & Sour Sauce, pineapple. Snacks/Other:  coco lite, pop corn, chicken breast canned, low fat mayo, vanilla pudding, cool whip French Vanilla Kraft, dried cranberries.
