Fat: 46.12g | Prot: 126.18g | Carb: 151.25g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, avocado, Bailey's fat free coffee creamer, cracker barrel cheese, dinner roll, instant coffee, low soduim ham. Lunch:  banana, chicken noodles soup progresso, orange, plum. Dinner:  almonds, avocado, baby carrots, cucumber, dried cranberries, lettuce, thousand Island Salad Dressing light, tilapia, tomato. Snacks/Other:  coco lite, hot chocolate fat free swiss miss, napoleon, popcorn chicken, Roast Almond Chocolate Bar, turkey breast deli.
