Fat: 46.12g | Prot: 126.18g | Carb: 151.25g.   Breakfast:  1% milk, instant coffee, dinner roll, Bailey's fat free coffee creamer, cracker barrel cheese, low soduim ham, avocado. Lunch:  orange, plum, banana, chicken noodles soup progresso. Dinner:  tilapia, tomato, lettuce, avocado, baby carrots, almonds, dried cranberries, thousand Island Salad Dressing light, cucumber. Snacks/Other:  coco lite, turkey breast deli, napoleon, Roast Almond Chocolate Bar, hot chocolate fat free swiss miss, popcorn chicken.
