Fat: 103.36g | Prot: 93.25g | Carb: 109.59g.   Breakfast:  eggs, Mild Italian Pork Sausage, coffee, creamer french vanilla sugar free, Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Low Sodium). Lunch:  creamy cilantro dressing, walnuts, feta, craisins, bistro salad, fage, carrots, hummus. Dinner:  pork rib, pizza. Snacks/Other:  wasabi almonds, natural peanut butter fresh and easy.
