Fat: 103.36g | Prot: 93.25g | Carb: 109.59g.   Breakfast:  coffee, creamer french vanilla sugar free, eggs, Mild Italian Pork Sausage, Tomato and Vegetable Juice (Low Sodium). Lunch:  bistro salad, carrots, craisins, creamy cilantro dressing, fage, feta, hummus, walnuts. Dinner:  pizza, pork rib. Snacks/Other:  natural peanut butter fresh and easy, wasabi almonds.
