Lunch: Deep Fried Potato French Fries (from Frozen), Fried Battered Flounder. Dinner: Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Boneless Beef Ribeye Steak, Butter (Salted), White Bread. Snacks/Other: Fiber Bars - Oats & Chocolate, M&M's.
