Lunch:  chicken sausage, Pinto Beans. Dinner:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, chicken sausage, Large Grade A Eggs, PLS GRANDS FLAKY 8 CT. Snacks/Other:  Large Grade A Eggs (Hard Boiled).
