Lunch:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Guacamole, Tomatoes. Dinner:  avocado, beef, bourbon, bresaola, jicama, smoked salmon, spinach. Snacks/Other:  Total 0% Greek yogurt.
