Lunch:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Tomatoes, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Guacamole. Dinner:  smoked salmon, bresaola, beef, jicama, spinach, bourbon, avocado. Snacks/Other:  Total 0% Greek yogurt.
