Fat: 56.95g | Prot: 59.66g | Carb: 25.33g.   Breakfast:  Cooked Spinach (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg, Mushrooms, Onions, Vegetable Oil. Lunch:  Advantage Cafe Mocha Shake, Macadamia Nuts. Dinner:  bourbon, broccoli, Caesar dressing, crab, Guacamole, pork ribs, romaine lettuce.
