Fat: 46.53g | Prot: 70.25g | Carb: 27.02g.   Breakfast:  365 shelled pumpkin seeds, olive oil. Lunch:  Caesar Dressing, chicken breast, guacamole, pecans, spinach, sweet red peppers. Dinner:  butter, cod, Libby's pure pumpkin, mashed cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Advantage chocolate delight shake.
