Fat: 43.66g | Prot: 81.55g | Carb: 44.99g.   Breakfast:  low carb cinnamon bagel, Macadamia Nuts, Low Carb Raspberry Spread. Lunch:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Onions, Jicama, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  mushrooms, Libby's pure pumpkin, chicken. Snacks/Other:  spinach, Advantage milk chocolate delight shake.
