Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel), Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Jicama, Onions. Dinner:  chicken, Libby's pure pumpkin, mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  Advantage milk chocolate delight shake, spinach.
