Lunch:  Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), Lettuce, Caesar Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Butter, Cream, Eggs, Pastrami, Onion, Green beans, Water Chestnuts, Low Carb 7 Grain Fiber Bread. Snacks/Other:  Endulge Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar.
