Lunch:  Caesar Salad Dressing, Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner:  Butter, Cream, Eggs, Green beans, Low Carb 7 Grain Fiber Bread, Onion, Pastrami, Water Chestnuts. Snacks/Other:  Endulge Peanut Caramel Cluster Bar.
