Fat: 152.90g | Prot: 167.62g | Carb: 87.54g.   Lunch:  trader joe's roast beef, trader joe's country italian salad. Dinner:  red leaf lettuce, tomatoe, mild cheddar cheese, broccoli, tilapia fillets. Snacks/Other:  atkins endulge chocolate caramel mousse, chobani blueberry, Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts (with Salt Added), cashews.
