Fat: 130.52g | Prot: 176.52g | Carb: 85.28g.   Breakfast:  jimmy dean original. Lunch:  creamy havarti, finn crisp, Smoked Salmon. Dinner:  ranch dressing, salad greens, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  cottage cheese, crumbled bacon kirkland signature, egg whites, medium cheddar cheese, milky way.
