Fat: 64.10g | Prot: 88.66g | Carb: 176.59g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar, Instant Oatmeal, Pecan Nuts. Lunch:  Marie Callender's Creamy Chicken & Shrimp in a Parmesan Alfredo Sauce. Dinner:  Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Kirkwood Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts, Kirkwood Lemon Pepper Chicken Breasts, Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Sister Schubert's Parker House Style Yeast Rolls (3 Rolls).
