Fat: 85.24g | Prot: 89.79g | Carb: 136.82g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Coffee Creamer - The Original Irish Cream, Individual Quiche Lorraine, Quiche Florentine. Lunch:  Champagne Pear Vinaigrette, Crab Cake, Croissant, Lettuce, Simply Avo Avocado, Sweet Cucumber Pickle (Low Sodium), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Chips and Salsa, No Added Fat Wheat Crispbread, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing. Snacks/Other:  Harvest Gold Kettle Cooked Potato Chips, Mango Smoothie.
