Fat: 51.55g | Prot: 263.39g | Carb: 286.20g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Instant Oatmeal - High Fiber Maple & Brown Sugar, Milk (Nonfat). Lunch:  Baby Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Reduced Fat Pepper Jack Cheese Slices, Stewed Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Whole Grain Tortillas. Dinner:  potato, Stewed Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Almonds (Roasted & Salted), Apples, banana, Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Chocolate Deluxe, Concord Grape Jelly, Creamy Peanut Butter, diet mt dew, Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins, Vanilla Almond Crunch, Whey Protein.
