Fat: 44.46g | Prot: 67.71g | Carb: 192.84g.   Breakfast:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Banana, Wegmans California Roll. Lunch:  Chicken Nuggets, White Rice (Medium-Grain, Cooked), Cupcake with Icing. Dinner:  Safeway albacore tuna, Mission Carb Balance Small Fajita Tortillas, Bush's Best Black Beans, Yellow Sweet Corn (Whole Kernel, Drained Solids, Canned), Trader Joe's Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
