Fat: 92.74g | Prot: 100.40g | Carb: 211.96g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal Cookie, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce. Lunch:  Oatmeal Cookie with Raisins, Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce. Dinner:  Pears, Safeway albacore tuna, Safeway Homestyle Meatloaf, Spinach, Tomatoes, Trader Joe's Reduced Fat Mayonnaise. Snacks/Other:  Grapes, Newman's Own Light Butter Popcorn.
