Fat: 74.04g | Prot: 96.46g | Carb: 156.72g.   Breakfast:  egg, egg white, feta cheese, olive oil, polenta trader joe, whole wheat toast. Lunch:  brocolli, pesto, polenta trader joe, roasted chicken. Dinner:  thai crunch. Snacks/Other:  grapefruit delmonte, light n' fit, skinny latte.
