Fat: 67.80g | Prot: 117.74g | Carb: 191.51g.   Breakfast:  bacon, egg, olive oil, whole wheat toast, whole wheat toast. Lunch:  brocolli, del monte grapefruit, stouffer's salisbury streak. Dinner:  albacore sashimi, salmon sashimi, sushi, tuna sushi. Snacks/Other:  100% bran cereal, almond milk, chocolove, kellog's all bran, light n' fit.
