Fat: 46.06g | Prot: 90.04g | Carb: 139.60g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Omega-3 Creamy Peanut Butter, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Shrimp Wonton Soup with Noodles. Dinner:  98% fat free Turkey Breast, Chicken Tortilla Soup Kirkland, Miracle Whip Light, Oroweat 12 grain bread, Red Tomatoes, Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Nearly Naked Popcorn.
