Fat: 46.06g | Prot: 90.04g | Carb: 139.60g.   Breakfast:  Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Omega-3 Creamy Peanut Butter, 2% Fat Milk, Bananas. Lunch:  Shrimp Wonton Soup with Noodles. Dinner:  Chicken Tortilla Soup Kirkland, Red Tomatoes, Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, Oroweat 12 grain bread, 98% fat free Turkey Breast, Miracle Whip Light. Snacks/Other:  Nearly Naked Popcorn.
