Fat: 22.30g | Prot: 131.49g | Carb: 112.17g.   Breakfast:  Fibersure, High Protein Chocolate Shake. Lunch:  Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots, chicken breast, Chinese Style Hot Mustard. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Pico De Gallo, Pinto Beans (Mature Seeds, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Calimyrna Figs, Nearly Naked Popcorn, Peaches & Cream Instant Oatmeal, Tequila.
