Fat: 54.29g | Prot: 147.06g | Carb: 114.57g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Vanilla Cream, 2% Milk, Bananas, Fibersure, Flax Seed Powder , green tea, Jif Chocolate Hazelnut , Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  chicken breast, Fresh Salsa, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Shrimp, Water . Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, 2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Bacon, Carving Board Ham, Chocolate Chip Pancakes, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Egg, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Miracle Whip Light, Red Tomatoes, Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese Slices. Snacks/Other:  Tequila.
