Fat: 29.25g | Prot: 125.47g | Carb: 128.11g.   Breakfast:  California Calimyrna Figs, green tea, High Protein Chocolate Shake. Lunch:  chicken breast, Cucumber (Peeled), Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Kalamata Olives, Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Red Tomatoes, Water. Dinner:  chicken breast, Stuffed Grape Leaves, Uyuni Quinoa & Whole Grain Brown Rice. Snacks/Other:  Nearly Naked Popcorn.
