Fat: 63.73g | Prot: 97.26g | Carb: 107.88g.   Breakfast:  High Protein Chocolate Shake, Instant Oatmeal Strawberries & Cream. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, chicken breast, Cucumber (Peeled), Green Bell Pepper , Kraft Fat-Free Italian Dressing, lettuce, Red Onion, Red Tomatoes, Water (Bottled). Dinner:  Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Kalamata Olives, Pinot Noir Wine. Snacks/Other:  almonds, California Calimyrna Figs, Nearly Naked Popcorn.
