Fat: 63.73g | Prot: 97.26g | Carb: 107.88g.   Breakfast:  High Protein Chocolate Shake, Instant Oatmeal Strawberries & Cream. Lunch:  chicken breast, lettuce, Baby Spinach, Red Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Red Onion, Green Bell Pepper , Kraft Fat-Free Italian Dressing, Water (Bottled). Dinner:  Creamy Tomato Basil Soup, Kalamata Olives, Hard Parmesan Cheese, Pinot Noir Wine. Snacks/Other:  almonds, Nearly Naked Popcorn, California Calimyrna Figs.
