Fat: 41.01g | Prot: 82.66g | Carb: 117.16g.   Breakfast:  2% Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Cantaloupe Melons, Water (Bottled). Lunch:  Boneless Ribs, Quinoa and Whole Grain Brown Rice with Garlic, Steamfresh Tuscan Vegetables. Dinner:  Avocados, Original Guacachip Tortilla Chips, Pico De Gallo. Snacks/Other:  High Protein Shake - Chocolate.
