Fat: 53.75g | Prot: 59.01g | Carb: 225.93g.   Breakfast:  French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, fiber one chocolate chip brownie, coffee. Lunch:  pear, saltines, Chunky Chicken and Dumplings Soup, Cucumber (with Peel). Dinner:  instant mashed pototoes, ribeye steak, corn with butter, honey whole wheat bread, butter. Snacks/Other:  multigrain chips, string cheese, licorice tea.
