Fat: 53.75g | Prot: 59.01g | Carb: 225.93g.   Breakfast:  coffee, fiber one chocolate chip brownie, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Chunky Chicken and Dumplings Soup, Cucumber (with Peel), pear, saltines. Dinner:  butter, corn with butter, honey whole wheat bread, instant mashed pototoes, ribeye steak. Snacks/Other:  licorice tea, multigrain chips, string cheese.
