Fat: 76.59g | Prot: 81.04g | Carb: 274.42g.   Breakfast:  Old Fashioned Oats, Organic Fat Free Milk, Bananas. Lunch:  Vegetable Spring Roll, Macaroni & Cheese, Crispy Honey Orange Shrimp, Quick Seared Ahi Tuna with Ponzu Sauce, Tempura Salmon Roll. Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Sauteed Mushrooms, Beef Tenderloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat), Strawberry Sorbet. Snacks/Other:  Sugar in the Raw Packets, Lean Cranberry Grapefruit, Coca-Cola Classic Soda.
