Fat: 11.68g | Prot: 57.27g | Carb: 133.64g.   Breakfast:  Rice Chex, silk original. Lunch:  grilled and ready tyson chicken strips, green giant garden vegetable medley, red delicious apple, tcby vanilla frozen yogurt, Ground Cinnamon. Dinner:  starkist chunk light tuna, hazelnut nut thins. Snacks/Other:  lipton tea & honey mango.
