Lunch:  frozen green beans, Light Ranch Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Todd's Chili (1 cup servings). Dinner:  Light Ranch Salad Dressing, Mixed Salad Greens, Salmon. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter, Premier Protein Shake - Vanilla.
