Fat: 146.92g | Prot: 78.47g | Carb: 224.99g.   Breakfast:  Sweet & Salty Cashew Pretzel Bar (Zone Perfect). Lunch:  Ham and Cheese Sandwich with Lettuce and Spread on Bun, Mixed Nuts & Raisins. Dinner:  Cheeseburger with Tomato and/or Catsup on Bun, Potato Chips (Salted), Vanilla Ice Creams, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Whole Wheat Bread, Butter (Salted). Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Almonds (Without Salt Added), Ritz Wole Wheat Crackers, Creamy Peanut Butter.
