The holidays happened! No gym access, lots of food, and I'm very bloated. I didn't eat terribly but didn't keep much track either. Have to let go some ...

Fat: 61.84g | Prot: 134.66g | Carb: 112.79g.   Breakfast:  apple butter, blueberries, friendly farms cottage cheese, Gold Standard 100% Whey - Extreme Milk Chocolate. Lunch:  baby romaine, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenders, celery, hellman's mayo, salt. Dinner:  balsamic vinegar, basmati rice, broccoli, butter, chicken stock, chicken thighs, red wine, shiitake. Snacks/Other:  cashews, coffee, half and half, Oranges.
