Fat: 56.21g | Prot: 48.25g | Carb: 59.09g.   Breakfast:  half & half, creamy peanut butter, rice cakes apple cinnamon. Lunch:  onion, jalape´┐Żo, half & half, Fresh Chicken Egg Whole, iceberg lettuce. Dinner:  cucumber, mayo, cabbage, kale, iceberg lettuce, tomato, celery, onion, jalape´┐Żo, dry roasted peanuts. Snacks/Other:  Whey Mix, dry roasted peanuts.
