Fat: 56.21g | Prot: 48.25g | Carb: 59.09g.   Breakfast:  creamy peanut butter, half & half, rice cakes apple cinnamon. Lunch:  Fresh Chicken Egg Whole, half & half, iceberg lettuce, jalape´┐Żo, onion. Dinner:  cabbage, celery, cucumber, dry roasted peanuts, iceberg lettuce, jalape´┐Żo, kale, mayo, onion, tomato. Snacks/Other:  dry roasted peanuts, Whey Mix.
