Fat: 64.49g | Prot: 72.94g | Carb: 116.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Hazelnut creamer, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Recharge Bar - Cranberry Almond. Lunch:  dukes mayonnaise, green beans, roasted potatoes, chicken drumstick, water. Dinner:  raw collard greens, tomato, salad dressing, bacon, broiled shrimp, Saltine crackers, Wine. Snacks/Other:  wine, water, pineapple.
