Fat: 29.76g | Prot: 37.07g | Carb: 216.97g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, danimals banana smoothie, Special K Cereal Bars - Vanilla Crisp. Lunch:  Clementines, goldfish, green giant niblet, safeway squeezable. Dinner:  Macaroni or Noodles with Cheese, Misc Calories, Potato and Cheddar Perogies, Ranch Salad Dressing, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Sesame Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Reduced Sugar Fruit Loops.
