Fat: 57.17g | Prot: 38.73g | Carb: 241.05g.   Breakfast:  coke zero can, danimals banana smoothie, red bull 12 oz, Special K Cereal Bars - Vanilla Crisp. Lunch:  banana, cranberry muffin. Dinner:  Bananas, Dinner Rolls, Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Cheese on Bun. Snacks/Other:  Baked! Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips (21.2g), Caramel Egg, French Fries (Small).
