Fat: 40.71g | Prot: 153.89g | Carb: 218.22g.   Breakfast:  almond breeze unsweetened almond milk, egg beaters, blonde coffee, low fat cottage cheese, grapes, pear, peach, plum. Lunch:  Premium Blended Grain Bread, Pesto Parmesan Oven Roasted Ham, Cajun Style Oven Roasted Smoked Breast of Turkey, Oven Roasted Choice Beef Top Round, Savory Remoulade, tomato, romaine lettuce, boars head havarti cheese. Dinner:  roast chicken, red pepper, onion, green pepper, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (Container), salsa, corn, beans, Low Carb Low Fat Wraps, medjool dates. Snacks/Other:  baby carrots, grapes, pear, plum, organic rice cake, Oven Roasted Choice Beef Top Round, Cajun Style Oven Roasted Smoked Breast of Turkey, Pesto Parmesan Oven Roasted Ham, cottage cheese.
