Fat: 63.72g | Prot: 106.57g | Carb: 179.57g.   Breakfast:  almond breeze unsweetened almond milk, body fortress, townsend farms. Lunch:  beets, colby cheese, cottage cheese, green peppers, hummus, low fat mayo, Premium Blended Grain Bread, roast chicken breast, romaine lettuce, spinach, tomato. Dinner:  12" Hand Tossed Pepperoni & Sausage Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Almond Breeze Chocolate, cadbury's egg, key lime pie.
