Fat: 48.78g | Prot: 83.68g | Carb: 233.34g.   Breakfast:  skim milk, Multigrain Oatmeal, blonde coffee, blueberries, raspberries, Hazelnut Syrup. Lunch:  roast chicken breast, Whole Wheat Mini Pitettes Pita Bread, quinoa with rice, Caramel Apple Pie Soft Dessert Cookies. Dinner:  ground beef, whole wheat bun, arugula, tomato, cucumber, cheese filled ravioli, sweet potato fries alexia. Snacks/Other:  samoas.
