Fat: 35.56g | Prot: 78.30g | Carb: 165.91g.   Breakfast:  blonde coffee, blueberries, Hazelnut Syrup, Multigrain Oatmeal, raspberries, skim milk. Lunch:  quinoa with rice, roast chicken breast, Whole Wheat Mini Pitettes Pita Bread. Dinner:  cheese filled ravioli, garlic knot, meatballs. Snacks/Other:  chobani blueberry greek yogurt, strawberry cheesecake.
