Fat: 42.82g | Prot: 80.41g | Carb: 204.46g.   Breakfast:  almond breeze unsweetened almond milk, muscletech, rolled oats, strawberries. Lunch:  parmesan cheese, pear, red delicious, Turkey Chilli. Dinner:  bulgur, mixed frozen vegetables, quinoa, roast chicken thigh. Snacks/Other:  chocolate philadelphia, chocolate rice cake, graham crackers, smuckers all natural peanut butter.
