Fat: 53.53g | Prot: 98.66g | Carb: 150.79g.   Breakfast:  almond breeze unsweetened almond milk, muscletech, rolled oats. Lunch:  Cooked Flounder, ezekiel bread, parsnips, pear, purple potatoes, roasted pine nut hummus, Turkey Chilli. Dinner:  cucumber, ground turkey, muenster cheese, plain biscuit, red pepper, spring mix, spring onion, strawberries, tomato. Snacks/Other:  chocolate philadelphia, graham crackers, honeydew melons, smuckers all natural peanut butter.
