Fat: 53.53g | Prot: 98.66g | Carb: 150.79g.   Breakfast:  rolled oats, almond breeze unsweetened almond milk, muscletech. Lunch:  Cooked Flounder, Turkey Chilli, ezekiel bread, roasted pine nut hummus, purple potatoes, pear, parsnips. Dinner:  red pepper, spring mix, tomato, ground turkey, muenster cheese, cucumber, plain biscuit, spring onion, strawberries. Snacks/Other:  graham crackers, chocolate philadelphia, smuckers all natural peanut butter, honeydew melons.
