Lunch: almond breeze , muscletech, raspberry. Dinner: cherry tomatoes, ground beef, mixed salad greens, muenster cheese, nature's own multigrain sandwich thin, pineapple, poppyseed dressing, red pepper, sunflower seeds. Snacks/Other: fudge cake.
