Fat: 53.56g | Prot: 88.91g | Carb: 165.45g.   Breakfast:  blueberries, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Pouch), cucumber, mixed salad greens, red pepper, sunflower seeds, tomato. Lunch:  almond breeze , muscletech, raspberry. Dinner:  cherry tomatoes, ground beef, mixed salad greens, muenster cheese, nature's own multigrain sandwich thin, pineapple, poppyseed dressing, red pepper, sunflower seeds. Snacks/Other:  fudge cake.
