Fat: 64.46g | Prot: 107.28g | Carb: 155.38g.   Breakfast:  sandwich thin, egg beaters, olive oil mayonnaise. Lunch:  roast chicken breast, tomato, cucumber, baby carrots, multi grain sandwich thin, olive oil mayonnaise. Dinner:  buttermilk biscuit, roast pork loin, Brussel Sprouts, mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  fat free cottage cheese, almond, sunflower seeds, red delicious, strawberries, pear, cheese cake.
