Fat: 48.35g | Prot: 105.76g | Carb: 123.14g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters, sandwich thin. Lunch:  baby carrots, cucumber, mixed salad, raspberry and poppy seed dressing, roast chicken breast, tomato, walnuts. Dinner:  Brussel Sprouts, buttermilk biscuit, Mozzarella Sticks with Sauce, roast pork loin, Steamfresh Lightly Sauced Primavera Vegetable Risotto. Snacks/Other:  chobani greek jogurt, pear, red delicious, strawberries.
