Fat: 60.98g | Prot: 77.61g | Carb: 185.83g.   Lunch:  egg beaters, smoked pork loin, mixed salad, tomato, cucumber, walnuts, raspberry and poppy seed dressing, baby carrots, celery. Dinner:  asian stir fry, smoked pork, wild rice, smucker's peanut butter. Snacks/Other:  Nonfat Vanilla Latte (Tall), Banana Nut Loaf, ezekiel bread, all natural peanut butter, blackberry jam.
