Fat: 77.89g | Prot: 119.63g | Carb: 146.90g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, egg beaters, johnsonville breakfast sausage, mild cheddar. Lunch:  cranberry juice, reduced fat shredded mozarella cheese publix, Turkey Chilli. Dinner:  Corn Nuggets, Cornbread, cucumber, egg, green pepper, mushroom, red pepper, sonny's pulled pork, spinach, tomato. Snacks/Other:  chobani greek jogurt, strawberries, walnuts.
