Fat: 77.89g | Prot: 119.63g | Carb: 146.90g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese, johnsonville breakfast sausage, egg beaters, mild cheddar. Lunch:  Turkey Chilli, reduced fat shredded mozarella cheese publix, cranberry juice. Dinner:  Cornbread, sonny's pulled pork, tomato, cucumber, mushroom, red pepper, green pepper, spinach, egg, Corn Nuggets. Snacks/Other:  strawberries, walnuts, chobani greek jogurt.
